About Us

NoMirage, LLC was founded in Feburary 7th, 2017 by chef Damian Smith. After being the head chef of a local catering company in Philadelphia for six years it was time for chef Damian to form & his own company as professionally and efficiently as he did for someone else's business.
Chef Damian received his certification in meat science (butchering),from W.B. Saul highschool of Agriculture &vocational sciences.With many years of experience from working in commercial kitchens, restaurant settings, in retail from seafood, to deli, & meat departments has equipped and paved the way for the launching of NoMirage LLC.
The love and passion for creating traditional as well as fine dining & exotic seafood cuisines will always be a joy for NoMirage and chef Damian.
